Regulations

Visas are required for all visitors except for GCC and UK nationals. Tourist visas are available at Bahraini embassies or on arrival at entry points (the Bahrain Airport or the King Fahd Causeway from Saudi Arabia). Visas cost BD10 for 72 hours or BD15 for 7 days.

Customs regulations admit 400 cigarettes or 50 cigars and 8 ounces of tobacco, perfume and 2 bottles of wine or liquor.

There are no regulations regarding currency.
