Ensure that you obtain an Entry Form from either the Air Stewards on board your aircraft before you land or from the desk inside the Passport/Entry Control Area on arrival. Make sure you have completed this Immigration Form before presenting your passport to Immigration Control. Although entry visa problems and detention at customs are thankfully rare, if you do experience any problems, ask the authorities to make contact with our representative who will be waiting to meet you in the arrival hall.

Once through entry formalities you should proceed to the baggage claim area and retrieve your luggage. You will have to pass through Customs Control (this is via x-ray machine and may involve physical inspection of luggage). On completion of Customs you should proceed to the arrivals hall where our representative will be waiting for you (look for the G.T.C Rep holding up a Welcome display board with your name on it. For those employees from Western Agencies the G.T.C Representative will take you by car to your accommodation. Please note that food, laundry and telephone expenses will be to your account.
